Transfer of cultural pattern elements in the era of transculturalism – implications for modern pedagogy

ABSTRACT
The aim of the article is to present the essence of transculturalism as one of the most characteristic features of contemporary times (which is also confirmed by the author’s own research on two samples: N1=1927 – Poles and representatives of the Polish diaspora, N2=747 foreigners from 72 countries around the world), as well as the processes that are inherently related to it, such as: transculturation and dynamic cultural transfers and their consequences in the form of hybridization of cultures and human identities. The specificity of contemporary transculturalism has significant implications for modern pedagogy – its diagnostic procedures, care, assistance and teaching activities, that are also in this article presented.
