The subject of consideration is well-being and especially its pedagogical implications. Of primary importance is the matter of the sustainability of well-being and the lack of empirical evidence justifies the need for further research in this area. The aim of the research was to determine whether the creative workshop method in artistic creation initiates changes in well-being. Reference was made to the quantitative-qualitative model and a pedagogical experiment was carried out according to a one-group plan with two pretest-posttest measurements. The creative workshop was an experimental variable. The Well-Being Scale, which is part of the Multidimensional Personality Questionnaire (MPQ), was used to assess the changes in well-being. Qualitative analyzes were performed on the statements of the participants of the creative workshop. It has been established that the creative workshop increases the level of well-being – the average from the post-test is higher than the average of the pre-test, and the difference is statistically significant (p < .05). This result corresponds to previous studies that confirmed an increase in well-being after a program of creative workshops. This allows us to conclude that the method of creative workshop is effective in achieving goals related to increasing the subjective feeling of being happy.
