The aim of the study was to determine whether the subjective assessment of one’s own learning experiences in everyday situations differentiates the level of adults’ learning self-efficacy. Data from 725 adults from Poland were analysed. Both the Adults’ Learning Self-Efficacy Scale, as well as the question concerning the evaluation of learning experiences in everyday life were employed in a study. The assessment used the Kruskal–Wallis H test,
the Mann–Whitney U test, and sensitivity analysis after equalizing group sizes. Individuals who evaluated their own experiences positively achieved higher scores than those who did not define them unequivocally. The results indicate that a positive evaluation of one’s own learning experiences in everyday situations correlates with a higher level of ALSES.
