Change in the individual and institutional context

Change is an element of modernity, both in the context of a dynamically developing world and in the institutional context, so to speak, at the social, legal, organizational or technical level.
Change requires readiness, openness, flexibility, reactivity to external factors that cause change. Change in pedagogy can involve many of its contexts.
In education in the broadest sense, change involves the entire institutional system, and readiness for change can involve all subjects of education.
Individual change readiness in therapy or prevention and rehabilitation is described broadly through models of change, where internal factors, lying on the side of the individual himself, and external factors, that is, environmental factors, among them social support, are distinguished. Important individual factors are motivation to change or a sense of efficacy, also captured as the belief that the individual will succeed.
Change has a developmental character, and there is room for such an approach in the pages of the fourth volume of Studia Pedagogica Ignatiana.
