Artykuł stanowi refleksję nad krytycznym dyskursem dotyczącym teorii wielorakich inteligencji Howarda Gardnera. Spór między zwolennikami i przeciwnikami teorii wielorakich inteligencji trwa od dnia ogłoszenia teorii do dziś. Teoria Gardnera krytykowana jest przede wszystkim za brak odpowiednich podstaw empirycznych i psychometrycznych dla istnienia inteligencji wielorakich oraz za niewłaściwą terminologię użytą w teorii.
