Contribution of Physical Activity Experience to Variation in Sense of Health Efficacy

This article describes a study verifying the hypothesis that positive experiences and possessing specific physical activity skills bestow a high sense of health self-efficacy, crucial for health education. The hypothesis in this study was confirmed.
