Tasks of individual members of the Editorial Team (1-4) and Scientific Council (5), as well as translators and proofreaders cooperating with the editorial office (6):
1. Editors in Chief:
- in cooperation with the Deputy editor in chief they coordinate the work of editorial board members;
- are engaged in recruiting reviewers for submitted scientific articles;
- maintain contact with the Scientific Council.
2. Editors / Editorial Board:
- verify the scientific value of the texts submitted for publication;
- suggest and select reviewers for texts submitted for publication;
- make the final decision to accept or reject the submitted text based on reviews;
- depending on the mother tongue and scientific competence, each editor is entrusted with proceeding particular texts submitted for publication.
3. Deputy Editor in Chief:
- is responsible for acquiring book reviewers for the "Reviews and notices" section;
- coordinates the work carried out through the publishing service;
- cooperates with the publishing house at the stage of typesetting;
- submits the journal for parametric evaluation;
- supervises the work of the team of translators and proofreaders.
4. Assistant Editor:
- is responsible for ordering books from publishers for review in the "Reviews and notices" section;
- takes care for the correspondence between the editorial team and the authors as well as the editorial team and the reviewers of the submitted texts;
- manages and updates the journal's website;
- conducts the publication of issues on the online publishing service;
- collects and stores the reviews.
5. Scientific Board:
- makes every effort to maintain the high level of the journal as far as the published texts are concerned, in particular, supports the editorial board in assessing the scientific value of the submitted texts and searching for and selecting of reviewers;
- advises the editorial team on issues related to the directions of development of the journal;
- promotes the journal among scientific communities
6. Translators and proofreaders:
- cooperate with the editors of the journal preparing translations from Polish into English or German of the texts of articles and reviews, as well as selected elements of the journal page
