About the Journal

Innovations in Nursing and Health Sciences (e-ISSN 2451-1846) Sciences is an international quarterly journal published continuously since 2016, in electronic format by the Institute of Health Sciences of the State Vocational University in Włocławek. It publishes peer-reviewed original articles (experimental clinical and research), as well as review articles and case reports in nursing and health sciences. Moreover, the journal publishes letters to the editor, editorials, book reviews, reports and materials from scientific congresses, announcements about planned congresses and scientific conventions. It is edited by professionals in the field of medical and health sciences, social sciences from Poland and abroad.
The mission of the quarterly is to promote knowledge and exchange of authors' experiences in order to bring about positive changes in nursing and health sciences. The basic version of the published journal is on-line. When possible, the journal will also be published in hard copy. The editors accept papers written in Polish and English. "Innovations in Nursing and Health Sciences" is part of the into the most current debates on prevention, health and disease.
The scope of the journal includes the following issues:
- innovations in nursing and health sciences,
- quality of life for patients,
- patient/family education,
- quality and satisfaction with medical/nursing care,
- ethics in medical/nursing practice,
- evidence-based nursing practice,
- organization and management.
