Migracja i związane z nią potrzeby wsparcia adolescentów i młodych dorosłych

Migration is one of the most common social phenomena specific to global postmodernity. Considering its multi-sided context (social, cultural, economic, political), it is justified to conduct interdisciplinary studies of the subject.
Migration is usually accompanied by specific problems, that create the need to take on support activities. Their beneficiaries are different agents (migrants, their families, socio-cultural environments of their existence). The topic of analysis are needs and support practices connected with migration. Taking into account published and accessible in literature data (mainly from Western Europe and USA), in the paper presented, specificity of the teenagers’ and young adults’ migration experiences, there are also indicated intertwined with this one specific and unspecific needs as well as support strategies created for them in the local communities.
