Transcendencja i mózg: Malabou, Kant i epigeneza

Abstract

Malabou’s goal is to attempt to develop a new paradigm of critical rationality through the interpretation of Kant’s philosophy. This idea is focused around the “epigenesis of pure reason,” a phrase that appears in paragraph 27 of the Critique of Pure Reason. In other words, Malabou asks whether it is possible to abandon transcendental and perspective thinking outside of Kant’s philosophy. And citing his contemporary critique, he discusses a new outline of critical rationality at the intersection of transcendental philosophy and the epigenetic turn in neurobiology. In this sense, the discussion of the foundations of Kant’s transcendental philosophy is a starting point for examining the entire status of critical rationality, humanities, and philosophical discourse. Therefore, Malabou’s proposal, in a broader sense, is an attempt to develop a new paradigm of rationality, with an emphasis on the possible interaction between philosophical and neurobiological discourse.
