The author of this article drew attention that the Christian cult of saints and their relics is still valid. This article was created on the occasion of the 160th anniversary of the death of St. Dominic Savio and the 10th anniversary of the pilgrimage his reliquary in Poland. The author of this study believes that the latter event confirms this thesis.
