El principio de razón suficiente puede tomarse como una guía para el avance del conocimiento filosófico y científico. De este modo, mediante el principio de razón sufi ciente se establece un vínculo de unión entre las disciplinas científi cas y la filosofía, que daría lugar a un diálogo enriquecedor para ambas. Sin embargo, puede demostrarse que el uso del principio de razón sufi ciente no es adecuado a la investigación filosófica y científica, por lo que tampoco puede emplearse para establecer un diálogo. Se propone una alternativa; profundizar en otros principios –v.g., la causalidad– para establecer un nexo entre ciencia y filosofía.Citas
