Abstract

The gloss concerns the resolution of the Supreme Court deciding the legal issue regarding the scope of local application of Polish criminal provisions contained in the act of counteracting drug addiction in relation to perpetrators, which commited a crime abroad. Doubts about on this background arose in connection with the amendment to the aforementioned act. The position of the Supreme Court must be criticized because of the ban on the broadening interpretation of criminal law norms.
