Official style is the language of communication in which official documents are written (laws, acts, decrees, agreements but also commercial letters, applications or any other documents of juridical character which we are daily obliged to edit, read and ful-fill). With the increase in international contacts and constructing multicultural European Union this language becomes more and more a language of communication among different peoples and cultures, which generates an increasing need for translation of official documents. The present article focuses on the difficulties in translation of Russian and Spanish legal-administrative documents, due to the conventions of linguistic presentation in both languages on the one hand, and referential and cultural reasons on the other. The possible types of translation are analyzed here, depending on several factors such as the type of document to be translated, the person commissioning the translation and the existence or non-existence of these documents in the language of the translation. Special attention is paid to methodological questions of teaching translation of legal-administrative documents.References
