Open Access policy
Guided by the principle that free access to research results facilitates and accelerates the global development of science and access to professional knowledge, the journal provides open and unrestricted access to all its content. "The Journal of Neurological and Neurosurgical Nursing" is a non-commercial periodic, compatible with the idea of Open Access.
Articles are published on-line without any restrictions or limitations and countinously available on Academic Journals Platform (https://apcz.umk.pl/PNIN). The articles are free to use under Creative Commons CC Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-ND 4.0) license.
The editors encourage authors to place articles published in the journal in open repositories (in the publisher's final version) along with the author, title, source, DOI number, ORCID identifier, and a link to the work on the journal website.
"The Journal of Neurological and Neurosurgical Nursing" is published by State University of Applied Sciences in Wloclawek. The entities directly responsible for the publishing process are the Journal Editors and the Publishng Press of State University of Applied Sciences in Wloclawek.
All the articles published in the journal "The Journal of Neurological and Neurosurgical Nursing" are based on a non-exclusive license granted by the Author(s) to the State University of Applied Sciences in Włocławek. This means that the copyright is not transferred, and thus the Author(s) retains the right to use the text, in accordance with the provisions of the license granted.
Journal "The Journal of Neurological and Neurosurgical Nursing" do not charge the authors any fees at any stage of the publishing process. Authors are not paid royalties for publishing their articles. Reviewers are not granted for the reviews they prepare.
The Editorial Board and the Publisher make every effort to ensure that the information published in the journal is accurate and reliable. However, opinions expressed in articles or advertisements are published under the sole responsibility of the authors, sponsors or advertisers. Therefore, neither the Editorial Board nor the Publisher are responsible for the consequences of using any inaccurate information.
