POCZUCIE SKUTECZNOŚCI NAUCZYCIELI SZKÓŁ SPECJALNYCH ORAZ OGÓLNODOSTĘPNYCH W SYTUACJI PANDEMII COVID-19

The article attempts to explore the problem of teachers’ self-efficacy in the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. A group of 253 teachers of special and mainstream schools at the level of early school education were studied. In the researches was used The Self-Efficacy Test (TPS) of Mariola Chomczyńska--Rubacha and Krzysztof Rubacha. The analysis showed that the self-efficacy depends primarily on type of school (teacher from special schools achieve lower scores), and most importantly, almost 90% of all respondents reaches a low level in used test.
