The main source of financing for the Economics and Law journal is publishing fees.

The publishing of Ekonomia i Prawo. Economics and Law in the years 2022–2024 is co-financed from the state budget under the “Development of Scientific Journals” (Rozwój Czasopism Naukowych – RCN) program of the Ministry of Education and Science, in the amount of PLN 25,000. The agreement was signed on December 15, 2022.

Thanks to the funding, the journal has systematically improved its quality and international reach. The support enabled the publication of articles authored by researchers from abroad and the engagement of international reviewers. It also covered the cost of double-blind peer reviews conducted by foreign experts.
