Abstract

The article is a historical and biographical sketch of Michał Sobeski, one of interesting figures of Polish aesthetics of the interwar period. The principal subject of Sobeski’s aesthetic writings is his conception of aesthetic feeling. The philosophical interpretation of artistic creativity has mainly psychological character and takes the form characteristic for the beginning of the twentieth century.
