Possible Strategies for the Impossible Measurement of the Future

Ilya Prigogine's research into the evolution of equilibrium states, and its application to other fields of knowledge, has shown us that there is no deterministic universe, that time exists and that reality is directed towards the future. In the same way, we cannot know precisely how events will unfold. In these circumstances, the article analyses the influence of these discoveries on political action and the best strategies, especially within democratic systems, to try to predict a future that is impossible to know precisely.
