The history of Eurasia has ignited historian's void for many years. The history of a huge continent is a pretext to consider the interactions between individual empires that have functioned in its various parts for centuries. The empires of antiquity and the Middle Ages, and later the continental powers and fiercely rival nation-states interacted on many levels: commercial, military and cultural.New Beckwith's book crush the stereotipes of nomadic tribes from central Aurasia. Unfortunately he create controversial teory about relations between nomadic tribes and empires. In article I try to discus with his ideas.Bibliografia
