Physical self-development in the professional activities of female future officers of paramilitary formations
Keywords

Studied the content of one of the activities of female officers, namely their physical self-development. The purpose of the study was to determine the reasons that cause the need for girls to carry out physical self-development. Found that physical self-development is a conscious, purposeful process of realizing potential abilities, qualities or the formation of completely new properties, opportunities based on the internally significant aspirations of the individual and (or) external influences. The physical self-development of girls – future officers assumes at least two directions: the first is the implementation of measures for its implementation during training at the military academy, the second – during professional activities in a subordinate unit. Due to the lack of research, it is important to develop the content of methods aimed at developing girls' desire to engage in physical self-development and introduced into physical education classes while studying at the military academy.References
