Features of factors of a professional orientation and competence of technology teachers

Abstract

The article analyzes reliable links between the indicators of professional competence of technology teachers with indicators that we consider to be favorable or unfavorable for its development factors. The completeness of the study of the system consists in a comprehensive review of the system and identification of the factors of professional orientation and competence of technology teachers. The urgency of studying the professionalism of future teachers is significantly increasing in connection with the needs of improving the education system of Ukraine. Readiness of the teacher to provide quality educational services as optimally realized and the recovery potential of the individual as an individual becomes today an important sphere of scientific interests. Based on the definition of correlation links between the indicators of professional competence of technology teachers and the correlation of indicators of the professional orientation of technology teachers, features of the factors of professional orientation and competence of technology teachers are identified.
