PSYCHOTHERAPY SYSTEM OF PSYCHOENDOCRINE SYNDROME

IN THE THYROID GLAND AND THE ADRENAL CORTEX PATHOLOGY

Summary

To study the clinical and psychopathological features and systematization-tion of psychopathological abnormalities in structure of psychoendocrine syndrome in patients with thyroid gland and adrenal cortex metabolism violation, a prospective study of 300 patients who were treatment on the basis of the Ukrainian Scientific-Practical Center of Endocrine Surgery, Transplantation of endocrine organs and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine tissues, was conducted. A questionnaire of identification of nozogenic psychotraumatization factors was created, as well as contranozogenic vector of psychotherapy system that uses research results as a factor of psychotherapeutical impact focusing.
