Abstract

The author, based on the analysis of the results of biochemical tests (ALT, AST, urea) in 33 women diagnosed with ovarian cancer that showed different sensitivity to platinum drugs, revealed that the clinical features and sensitivity to platinum drugs correlates with the activity of enzymes transminirovaniya in the liver and balance this activity. Furthermore, clinical features and sensitivity correlated with the activity of renal excretory function.

Реферат

Автор на основе  анализа результатов биохимических исследований (АлТ; АсТ, мочевины) у 33 женщин с диагнозом рак яичника, которые проявили разную чувствительность к препаратам  платины, выявил, что особенности клинического течения и чувствительность к препаратам платины коррелируют с активностью ферментов трансминирования в печени и сбалансированностью этой активности. Кроме того, особенности клиники и чувствительности коррелируют с активностью выделительной функции почек.
