Artykuł bada wczesnochrześcijańskie rozumienie płciowości na podstawie 1 Kor 11,2–16. Autor rozpoczyna od ukazania związku badanego fragmentu z myślą Pawła w 1 Liście do Koryntian, po czym prezentuje jego schemat recytatywny i retoryczny. Według niego 1 Kor 11,2 pełni rolę wstępu, po którym Paweł stawia tezę (11,3) na temat relacji pierwszeństwa i różnic między mężczyzną i kobietą, dla których wzorem jest relacja Boga i Chrystusa. Apostoł rozwija swoją tezę w serii trzech argumentów, które mają wymiar kulturowy (11,4–6), chrystologiczno-teologiczny (11,7–12) oraz związany z prawem naturalnym (11,13–15). W każdym z nich argumentuje za utrzymaniem różnic płciowych, które są dla mężczyzny i kobiety konieczne dla wypełnienia ich ról społecznych, bycia świadkiem objawienia Bożego, pełnego przeżywania swojej egzystencji i respektowania porządku natury. Całość argumentacji Pawła okala wstęp i zakończenie o charakterze eklezjalnym, sugerując, że od właściwego przeżywania płciowości zależy dobro i jedność wspólnoty Kościoła.

- Licencjodawca udziela Licencjobiorcy licencji niewyłącznej na korzystanie z Utworu/przedmiotu prawa pokrewnego w następujących polach eksploatacji: a) utrwalanie Utworu/przedmiotu prawa pokrewnego; b) reprodukowanie (zwielokrotnienie) Utworu/przedmiotu prawa pokrewnego drukiem i techniką cyfrową (e-book, audiobook); c) wprowadzania do obrotu egzemplarzy zwielokrotnionego Utworu/przedmiotu prawa pokrewnego; d) wprowadzenie Utworu/przedmiotu prawa pokrewnego do pamięci komputera; e) rozpowszechnianie utworu w wersji elektronicznej w formule open access na licencji Creative Commons (CC BY-ND 3.0) poprzez platformę cyfrową Wydawnictwa Naukowego UMK oraz repozytorium UMK.
- Korzystanie przez Licencjobiorcę z utrwalonego Utworu ww. polach nie jest ograniczone czasowo ilościowo i terytorialnie.
- Licencjodawca udziela Licencjobiorcy licencji do Utworu/przedmiotu prawa pokrewnego nieodpłatnie na czas nieokreślony
