The author reflects on the context in which Thomas treats of the natural law, i.e. the relations, relationships, and tensions highlighted by this concept, such as the meaning of the concept of law, the disturbing presence of sin, the relationship between natural reason and moral precepts, the role of revelation within the natural order, and the overflowing fulfillment of Christ’s love.References
