Il titolo dell’artic olo Il profeta Agabos negli Atti degli Apostoli suggerrisce che il breve studio teologic o-biblic o viene dedic ato al profeta Agabos. Nella Bibbia Agabos appare due volte ne l testo degli Atti degli Apostoli (At 11,27-30 e 21,10-11). Interessante che ne l sec ondo testo si parla di lui senz a artic olo, sicc ome egli fosse una persona sconosciuta. Inolt re dal punto di vista te ologico la persona di Agabos acc umula diverse in teressanti caratteristic he teologic o-biblic he tipic he per Luca. Come un’in troduzi one ven gono brevemen te analizz ati tutti i brani di Luca legati al problema del profetismo cristiano . Segue poi l’analisi esegetic a dei te sti dedicati dirett amente al Agabos. Il primo te sto presenta Agabos come coinvolt o dell a storia dei contatt i tra i cristiani in Giudea e la giovane communità cristiana ad Antiochia. Nel testo sec ondo Agabos appare duratne l’utimo viaggio di Paolo a Gerusalemme. La sua profezi a ha la forma di una profezi a mimic a e simbolic a, tipic a per alcuni profeti veterotestamen tali. Come l’ultimo problema viene presentato lo stato dell a discussione sul te ma dell a rel azione tra il te sto degli Att i e la realt à storica e le possibili connotazi con Didache e Pastore di Erma. Il quadro di Agabos, molto ricc ho da parte teologio-biblic a porta un’importante messaggio di contin uità. Agabos agisce sempre tra due o poli: tra l’Antic o e il Nuovo Testamento, tra i cristiani provenienti dal giudaismo e dal paganesimo.
