Dziesięć konstruktywnych skutków pandemii COVID-19 dla nauki i szkolnictwa wyższego

The COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge for science and higher education, and the lesson from its personal experience by academics provide valuable food for thought about the future. Seeing the pandemic as a tragedy of humanity, the author presents and justifies of its constructive consequences for science and higher education, with particular emphasis on the situation in Poland. He
uses the methodology of autoethnographic research, basing his methodological thinking on the ground of the „VUCO paradigm” that is just emerging. At the same time, it emphasizes emergence as an important methodologicl category in the present and future of social, educational sciences. The conclusion of the analyzes is the postulate of increasing the implementation of futurological and design research.
