The article is a summary of the achievements of The Multimedia Publishing and Art Book Design Studio conducted from 2013–2021 at the Academy of Art in Szczecin. The title Allegories of Sharing Images is an elaboration of the theme on the basis of educational practice related to the Studio's original program.
The book as an art object is an eagerly chosen medium, especially by the youngest generations of artists. It is a universal and multidimensional language of expression. It perfectly fits into the context of contemporary art with its historiosophical background. All forms and manifestations of the phenomenon that is artbooks have lived to see many in-depth analyses, but given the great progression of this trend, any kind of reflection and attempt at definition turns out to be valuable. Bold and often insightful student design experiments are the apex of this presentation.
