Protection of private interest in the institution of compensation for expropriation of property under international law

According to jurisprudence constante, an international standard of compensation for expropriated property is defined, i.e. the principles and criteria on the basis of which the state pays compensation. If the above criteria and principles are not met by the state, then it bears international responsibility. Nevertheless, it should be noted here that compensation is granted for the expropriation of illegal property, but then the compensation is special.
