One of the biggest problems is the large number of media research data – called big data. The old methods are completely unsuitable for testing new types of data.From more than a dozen dynamically develops digital humanities, which proposes new tools to study the big date, including visualization of information. In Poland this problem have not been the subject of much interest for researchers. This situation changed when, in 2016, the study Veslava Osińska Visualization of information was published. The book is intended for researchers in the field of information science, practitioners and representatives of each scientific field specializing in Infovis. Certainly the people sensitive to the beauty of infographics or novices looking for efficient ways of presenting large data sets will appreciate the current work.References
