On May 22nd–25th, 2012 the 4th international conference QQML (Qualitative and Quantitative Methods in Libraries) was held. The conference is a continuation of the meetings held in 2009 and 2010 in Chania (Crete, Greece) and in 2011 in Athens (Greece). The conference was devoted to the use of various kinds of qualitative and quantitative methods and studies in libraries and other information institutions. It was attended by representatives of nearly 60 countries around the world: librarians, practitioners, researchers of universities and scientific information specialists. The report summarizes the meeting and briefly outlines papers presented at the conference.Downloads
