Camp – kitsch

The main goal of the article is to describe and also compare two meanings of two terms connected with modern and contemporary art. Camp is an aesthetic style and sensibility while kitsch is usually relate to an aesthetic value. American writer Susan Sontag’s, in essay ‘Notes on Camp’, observed and argued for a conviction, that camp is a mode of performance. According to Paweł Beylin's and Herman Broch's articles, I would like to convenience the reader – in general outline – that kitch is relate more to the work itself, than to the ironical lifestyle. This two categories have many common points, which are among issues discuses by this short article.
