Ethics as an Empirical Science

Abstract

The article presents ethics as an empirical science grounded in primary value judgements that arise analogously to perceptual judgements and are subject to intersubjective verification. Czeżowski argues that generalizing such evaluations leads to changeable and hypothetical ethical laws, making it possible to understand axiology as a distinctive form of empiricism.
