Abstract

The article reveals the role of sports games in the development of physical qualities of older preschool children. The conducted research made it possible to establish the interdependence between learning movements from sports games and the development of physical qualities of the specified category of children. It was concluded that the method of conducting classes among preschool children is important, and the use of a systematic approach to the formation of movement techniques during sports games (badminton, football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, floorball) forms the basis for the development of certain physical qualities.
