Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Remarks to prepare the text of the article (from the introduction to the conclusions):
- distinguish the titles of the chapters in bold;
- turn off hyphenation;
- insert footnotes automatically;
- do not format spaces with a series of spaces;
- do not precede spaces with punctuation (commas, periods, brackets, quotation marks, etc.);
- insert tables, charts and figures in the text of the article;
- numbering and table title above the table;
- numbering and title of the figure, photo or graph under the figure or graph;
- source given under the table, graph, photograph or engraving.

References.
Making a list of references is the responsibility of the author.
Each reference should contain: names and first letters of the authors' names, year, title of the article, abridged or full name of the journal, volume (number), starting and ending page.
If there are more than six authors, after the sixth name add "and co-workers".
The shortened names of magazines indexed in the Medline database (PubMed) should be given according to the NLM Catalog (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nlmcatalog), and the rest according to the version given by the publisher of the given journal.
Internet sources should contain the date of downloading or viewing the file placed in brackets after the URL address (called Uniform Resource Locator).

Preserving punctuation according to the following examples of the bibliographic description:

The text of the whole work should be prepared in the Word editor (Times New Roman font).
Margins in all work:
upper - 4 cm, bottom - 3 cm, left - 3 cm, right - 3 cm.
Do not number pages.

Quoting studies:
- in the form of footnotes
or
- name of the author (s) with the year of publication, in round brackets.

The volume of the text of the work is unlimited.

 

 

Submission of texts for Pedagogy and Psychology of Sport takes place exclusively through the Academic UMK Academic Platform of Magazines, after registering as an Author in Pedagogy and Psychology of Sport.


The condition for accepting the text is its compatibility with the Pedagogy and Psychology of Sport profile and editorial requirements given in the Information for Authors. Articles that do not meet the formal requirements will not be directed to publishing.
Works that do not meet the formal requirements of the layout of the text and the list of references will not be accepted. The editors reserve the right to remove stylistic defects, correct naming, make necessary abbreviations as well as corrections and additions in the literature without an agreement with the author. The editors do not verify quotes and their translations, so any quotes and their translations from foreign languages must be prepared by the author who is responsible for them.
The accepted works are reviewed anonymously (double-blind review), according to the reviewing procedure available on the Pedagogy and Psychology of Sport website. The condition for qualifying them for printing is to obtain positive reviews. After receiving comments from reviewers, the Author is obliged to respond to them in the time limit indicated by the Editorial Office. Failure to meet this deadline will be considered a resignation from the publication of the work.
