- The author should beware of such phenomena as ghostwriting (a situation in which a person who has made a significant contribution to the publication is not mentioned explicitly in the paper) or guest authorship (honorary authorship) (a situation in which the author's contribution is either small or none at all but still appears as "the author"); both situations significantly violate the principle of reliability and honesty;

- if the Reviewer notices any irregularities in the reviewed work - he/she should immediately report that to the Editor;
- a possible conflict of interest between an Author and a Reviewer should be reported to the Editor in order to select another Reviewer;
- an unpublished paper without the consent of its author cannot be used by a Reviewer without the consent of the Author;
- any unauthorized pressure on the Reviewer concerning the reviewed paper should be reported to the Editor;
- if a Reviewer is unable to complete a review, they should report it to the Editor as soon as possible.
Principles for Editors:
- The selection of reviewers should be based on the topic/field that the reviewed publication addresses;
- The editors undertake to inform the author of the reasons for not accepting the article for publication;
- When approving submitted papers for publication, the editors should be guided by the principle of the substantive value of the article and its compliance with the theme of the journal, and the assessment of the work should be objective and reliable;
- The editors should take care of the high level of the journal;
- accepted papers should be original and should not infringe on third party rights;
- Editors shall ensure anonymity, Author/Authors and Reviewers in the review process (the so-called "double-blind review" principle);
- The Editors undertake to inform the Author and Reviewers about possible corrections in the publication and cannot do it without their consent;
- unpublished article is the property of the author and without his consent the Editorial Office cannot use it in any way;

- The Editorial Board reserves the right to analyse the publication in an anti-plagiarism programme, and in the event of a breach of the rules, the Editorial Board will take the appropriate steps;
- in the event of suspicion or discovery of a breach of any of the above rules, the Editors reserve the right to appoint a team to investigate the breach of the rules contained herein and to undertake the appropriate investigation procedure and inform the relevant parties (e.g. the Author's employer).
