Disaparities in assesment of level of provision in food retailing enterprises from podkarpacie

The main aspect of nearly all forms of economic activity is a sphere of provisioning.
It plays an essential role in retail enterprises, the main task of which is to transform production assortment into a commodity searched by buyers. Efficient provision constitutes necessary condition to realize the task. Results of the own research which was aimed to specify factors of choice of a source of provision by food retailers in podkarpackie voivodeships were presented in the paper. A self-esteem of level of provision of the reviewed companies was compared with assessment made by clients. Additionally, the evaluations were compared with results concerning real purchases realized out of a shop in which it was planned to buy commodities and resulted from lack of assortment in the shop.
