The article elaborates on the corporate image. The image of the company is nowadays one of the most important competitive advantage. This is due to the fact that it enables to see the offer of the specific organization among many other offers. The author focuses on the internal image, its nature and importance for each organization. This is an image seen primarily by the employees. In view of the fact that employees are one of the most reliable sources of information about the company, their perceived image is shared by other groups stakeholders. Therefore, it is essential to understand the mechanisms of creating of the internal image of the organization.References
