he article discusses the issues of doubts and critical attitude of companies concerning corporate social responsibility based on the example of companies in the TSL sector. This article is divided into two main parts. In the first part the literature review within the problem in question has been presented. The aim of this part was to show the doubts and critical remarks with regard to social responsibility. In the second part the results of empirical studies were cited as a basis for determining the reasons for objections to the corporate social responsibility among companies in the TSL sector.References
