A professional change to the scientific journal publishing model is possible by implementing a dedicated content management system. Such a system allows a sufficient complete text distribution and makes the management much more efficient. It also helps to improve an interlock between coworkers. The author is taking this opportunity to analyze the process of publishing which is in particular delivered by one the most popular worldwide open source framework designed for this purpose.
