The article is a presentation of the earliest autographs of Konrad Bielski – a poet associated with the Lublin artistic community. The author focuses in the text on issues related to the poet’s creative processes, whose immanent elements were the following actions of writing and reading. Re-readings were supposed to be a tool for Bielski for self-discovery. However, this activity accompanied him also in the actions he made on materials he had collected; it was an inseparable element of the poet’s effort to evaluate, select and organize his own works, and thus his efforts to create a coherent image of his own creative personality. The poet putted these efforts in a rough draft, which he titled “raptularz”. He made out of it a safe space to narrate about himself, but also to work on his own creative workshop.
