Abstrakt


Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie pojęcia i istoty ryzyka politycznego w kontekście inwestycji zagranicznych oraz sposobu ochrony inwestorów zagranicznych przed ryzykiem politycznym, jakim są bilateralne umowy o popieraniu i wzajemnej ochronie inwestycji. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych na początku 2016 r. Przedmiotem badań były wybrane umowy BIT, których stroną jest Polska.
