Legal and administrative aspects of energy investments on the example of wind farms in Poland

Abstrakt

This paper presents the main stages of the energy investments in Poland on the example of wind farms. This article presents also examination of the problems investors may struggle and how to solve them rationally. One major problem is the impact of the investments on environment protection and public interest. The article presents both positive and negative effects of wind on the environment. Article has been written on the basis of studies already made by research centers and an analysis of existing scientific literature and legal footnotes.
