Public interest, landscapesAbstract
The concept of public interest is vague. Therefore, this concept should be interpreted widely. In administrative proceedings public interest is supported by public organizations, which represent the interest of other entities. Public organization involvement depends on the kind of interest they act for. The result of the author’s reflections on the decision of the court is that landscapes can be part of protected public interest and they should be supported by public organizations.References
