The aim of the article is to give an analysis of law regulation concerning the surveillance and control according to the Polish Hunting Association as an organisation entrusted with public tasks. The article tends to give the answer about adequacy of the scope of control and supervision of the Polish Hunting Association in the view of its tasks, especially because of the monopolistic rights to operate in hunting management and hunting rights.
