Abstract

The article presents results of research conducted in Polish SME Sector. The main aim of the research was to identify reasons behind reluctance in using cloud-based services as well as to underline main concerns postulated by chief executive officers of Polish SMEs. Furthermore, the article is showcasing that theories of consumer behavior are well based in the outcomes of data analysis of the subject. To do this the lady-author of the article is using data collected from primary sources by questionnaire conducted on group of 100 units.
