The aim of the article is to present one of models which allow for the measurement and evaluation of information system success. This model was developed by W.H. DeLone and E.R. McLean based on an analysis of empirical studies. Paper presents a theoretical basis, characteristics of the extracted variables and the relationships between them, and examplesof research which verificationmodel.
