Lean Manufacturing is nowadays one of the most frequently used methods for improving competitiveness of production companies. Despite unquestionable popularity, still many organizations experience a lot of problems with effective implementation of Lean principles. One of the reasons for this fact, are difficulties with a proper measurement of its adoption level. To answer this need, the goal of this paper is to develop a Lean maturity evaluation tool, which can be practically used in production companies. The instrument was created based on study of existing subject literature and it enables comprehensive analysis of an organization in four categories: Leadership, People, Process and Outcome. The tool can serve as a support in Lean implementation process, indicating gaps and potential improvement areas.References
