Article presents the results of research, made in the Faculty of Management of General Tadeusz Kosciuszko Military Academy of Land Forces, in design of the officer-cadets curriculum structure. The study was focused primarily on the managing (command, leadership) competence during the study and evaluation of its suitability for the first and subsequent officer positions (officers) in military units.
